Welcome to my blog! I want to start off by introducing myself. My name is Stephanie and I am an addict. My addiction is to retail, and what I mean by that is it’s to Mainly books. I buy more books than I can read. I own more books than I have read or can even properly store. But I don’t think that is truly a problem. I like the potential they all hold. There is no feeling like being surrounded by a bunch of unread books! I guess that’s why I love going to the library and book store so much! You can find me browsing in the book aisles of Target and Walmart if I am not at home. As of late, however, I have been window browsing on Amazon due to the pandemic. And that has been good for my wallet. I want to try to keep this blog as organized as possible, but I am a little all over the place, so forgive me if it’s not clean cut and uniform! I will try to keep this space dedicated to strictly books, but some days I may get led astray and may want to share some side bits about my life and other areas of interest. If that happens, I will still try my hardest to keep it bookish! I should premise my next point by saying that I am a very slow reader. I go through frequent spells of reading slumps where I simply am not in the mood for reading. During these episodes of time, I’m usually heavily watching a series on Netflix or wasting my life away on another streaming service. I apologize in advance for that because this may delay in the timely manner of my updates on book reviews. I am already 14 books behind schedule at the moment for my 2020 goodreads challenge, if that tells you anything. It shouldn’t be about the number of books read, but the quality of the books themselves. Or that’s what I tell myself anyway. I hope you find some interest in my page. I am merely here to document the books I read. I have a bookstagram account, but I have taken a break from social media for now, possibly forever. I felt like I was becoming almost too influenced by the books I was choosing to read. I miss browsing and finding things to read on my own. Book tube and reading groups I’ve found online have been feeding my bookish love for discussion and overall general love for books for the time being. I was going to tell what my current read is, but I think I will just wait until I am finished and post about it in my review later on. So it will be like a surprise! 😉 😉 If you have read on this long, I love you, first of all, and secondly, you should treat yourself to a cookie today because I am impressed. I may do a future post about myself again that is a bit more organized than this, but like I said earlier, I am pretty scrabble brained, and I’m not even sure I have introduced myself properly by now. But this is me winging it and seeing where this goes!

Happy Reading & Ta ta for now 😊
